Compliance Standards
RoamFuse maintains creator and traffic quality standards to protect consumers, partners, and merchants. These policies are high-level; program-specific rules may add additional requirements.
1) Affiliate disclosures
Creators must disclose affiliate relationships in a clear, visible manner.
Short-form video
Include “ad”, “affiliate”, or equivalent wording in the caption and/or on-screen text where appropriate.
YouTube
Disclose verbally when relevant and place a disclosure in the description near the link(s).
Blogs / forums
Use a clear disclosure near the first affiliate link, and keep it visible without extra clicks.
2) Prohibited promotional methods
The following are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing by the relevant program and RoamFuse.
- Bot traffic, click farms, or any non-human traffic.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden iframes.
- Malware, adware, misleading redirects, or deceptive landing pages.
- False claims, fake scarcity, or impersonation.
- Unauthorized brand keyword bidding or trademark misuse (where restricted).
3) Content quality & accuracy
Creators should promote products and services honestly and in context.
- Represent product features accurately (no unverifiable claims).
- Do not use prohibited content categories where restricted by a program (e.g., regulated items).
- Use original creative; do not steal content or violate copyright.
- Maintain a user-first experience: no spammy link drops.
4) Reporting & integrity
We aim to make conversions attributable to the correct publisher and to support partner audits where needed.
Creator identifiers
We use creator-level identifiers (e.g., subID) to associate conversions with the correct publisher.
Consistency
Creators must use approved links and avoid modifying tracking parameters unless instructed.
Issue escalation
If attribution looks incorrect, creators can contact us and we will investigate with available logs and program reporting.
